Ironworks Services LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides consultancy and specialist rigging services for the film, media, and production industries. Due to the custom, project-specific nature of our work, our refund policy differs from typical retail services.
Please read this policy carefully before making a booking or payment.



2. Non-Refundable Services

Most services offered by Ironworks Services LLC are custom, consultancy-based, and delivered on a project-by-project basis.
Because of this:

All payments for consultancy, rigging design, planning, engineering advice, and on-site services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Any deposits paid to secure a project slot, consultancy session, or on-site date are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.


This reflects the preparation time, scheduling, and allocation of resources required for professional rigging and consultancy services.



3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you need to cancel a scheduled service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to:

Administrative fees

Scheduling costs

Resource allocation


Eligibility will be assessed fairly on a case-by-case basis.
You must notify us in writing as soon as possible.



4. Project Changes, Delays & Rescheduling

If you request changes to a project (including scope changes, rescheduling, or new deliverables):

Refunds will not be issued for work already completed

New timelines or costs will be confirmed in writing


If we are required to reschedule due to production changes, weather, location access issues, or third-party delays, payments remain non-refundable but we will work with you to secure a new suitable date.



5. No Refunds for Delivered Services

Once a service has been delivered — including consultancy, assessments, planning, drawings, designs, reports, or on-site rigging support — refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.



6. Digital Deliverables & Documentation

Digital items such as:

Rigging plans

Drawings

Structural suggestions

Risk assessments

Method statements

Reports or analysis


are non-refundable once delivered, as they are custom-created for each project.



7. Service Quality Issues

If you are unhappy with the service provided, please contact us at the details below.
We are committed to resolving issues professionally and may offer revisions or corrections where reasonable — but refunds will not be issued for completed work.



8. Force Majeure

Refunds are not provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside our control, including:

Extreme weather

Site inaccessibility

Production changes

Travel restrictions

Accidents or emergencies

Equipment or facility issues beyond our responsibility


We will, however, assist with rescheduling whenever possible.
